Gene's GASSER is SOLD
Those of you who admired Gene's '41 Willys Gasser will have to look elsewhere for a car. Gene made a deal that netted him a 'Merlot wine-colored' '37 Ford Sedan and cash towards his medical bills. It's one of those sad/happy tales. We're sad that he had to sell it and happy that he did. Who says you can't have it both ways?My hope is that we'll see Gene at the 2012 GASSER Reunion, with or without his new ride. I can't begin to tell you how much Gene has done for the club over the many years he's been a club rep. No matter what needed to be done, Gene was there to do it with excellence.

It is never easy selling something you love, considering it is an amazing 41 Willys Gasser. But it is good for Gene that the outcome of selling his car is still favorable. The Ford Sedan is surely an amazing car like his Gasser, and he could even earn some money for his medical bills which is great.
